Background in gerontology with adept understanding of social policy impacting seniors. Experience in developing and implementing programs for the center with a back ground in writing grants and sponsorships, and overseeing fundraising initiatives. Will oversee a support staff of 9.

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for providing therapy, counseling and intervention services to the Clinic's patients as referred by the physician.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skill: Masters of Social Work degree or a doctorate degree from an accredited school of Social Work. - At least 2 years or 3,000 hours of post Master's clinical experience in a supervised clinical setting. - Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois. - Experience working with children, adolescents and adults preferred. - Emotional resilience and stability required. - Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally. - Must be able to interact effectively with other employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with the general public.
General Summary : Works collaboratively with Rural Health Network/Consortium members to plan for growth of the CARES program throughout several counties. This is a 100% HRSA Grant Funded Position.
Requirements: Active/valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker in IL preferred. Must submit to/clear a criminal background check and alcohol/drug screen.
